Aaliyah Dana Haughton burst into fame in 1994 after she released her debut Album Age Ain't Nothing More Than A Number. The album was Gold when she was just 15 years old. It was made as an album that was heavily inspired by R. Kelly and it placed her in the spotlight. In 1996, she released her second album One In A Million with Jermaine dupri and Timbaland. The album featured the hit number one single If Your girl only had known. Aaliyah's sophomore album, One in a Million, was released in 1996. It contained the number-one song, a huge hit, If Your Girl Only Knew. In 2000, she was on the screen in Romeo Must Die, a romantic action film with Jet-Li. The role was offered to her when she was spotted by film producer Joel Silver at an awards event. In 2002 she got to play the horror film Queen of the Damned which was based on the Anne Rice novel. Apart from The Big Bang Theory, the other shows she has starred in are Leverage (2013) Suits (2014) as well as Grey's Anatomy (2017.) She has appeared in numerous commercials including Volvo's international car producer. The mother of her daughter resides in Los Angeles and is pursuing her acting.
