Suzanne Pleshette worked as an actress and voice artist in the US. Through her long career of five decades, Pleshette accumulated more than 100 points on her resume. Pleshette is a New York native who began her career as an actress on stage. She then gradually made the move to screen. Her most notable films include 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds', 'Fate the Hunter', If it's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium', and Support Your Local Gunfighter. In addition, she played a variety of roles in TV series and movies. She was awarded 4 Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette was also nominated, took home her the Laurel Award for 'The Birds" in 1963. Her death in 2008 was the cause of an award posthumously conferred to her Star along the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
