Jillian Noel Hennely was born on the 25th of November, 1968. She is an accomplished Canadian actress and performer who has contributed a major contribution to American television. The show has been highly praised for her exceptional performance on the American TV show Law & Order in which she played Claire Kincaid as a prosecutor for three seasons and Crossing Jordan, wherein she was Jordan Cavanaugh the main character for six seasons. Hennessy has also displayed her talents as an actor in films such as RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the indie films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class and The Acting Class, in which she worked on her scriptwriting and co-directing muscles. Hennessy began her career in 1988, alongside her sister as twin call girls in Dead Ringers. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy The Buddy Holly Story The Buddy Holly Story in Broadway in 1990. In 1993, the actress left the realm of musicals and into the sci-fi genre as the character Dr. Marie Lazarus. The following fall year, she was a part of the crew of the NBC sensational crime drama Law & Order in the character of assistant district prosecutor Claire Kincaid.
